Please note that the office will be closed from 1.15pm on Tuesday 22nd December, reopening on Monday 4th January 2016.  The centre will remain open for pre-booked events.

Invitation to private view 27 August

You are warmly invited to Nick Hill's private view 

Thursday 27th August 
6pm to 9pm 
at
Southwater Area Community Centre 
(right next to Warrior Square Station)

with refreshments and live music by singer/songwriter Rachel Wilson. 

COMIC STRIP 
is an exhibition loosely based on a Gainsbourg / Bardot collaboration promotional video. 

His work remains autobiographical, surreal, colourful, humorous yet melancholic. 

Exhibition dates 
28th August until 13th September 
Wednesdays to Sundays 
10am - 5pm  (or by appointment) 
and is part of the Coastal Currents arts festival 
www.coastalcurrents.org.uk

Guest artist - Sue Wells will also feature

Proceeds of Nick's sales will go to Cystic Fibrosis Trust

ZOOM ARTS CHARITY AUCTION

ZOOM ARTS CHARITY AUCTION 
in aid of Cystic Fibrosis

Saturday 7 March at 
Southwater Area Community Centre
3pm (view the artwork all day from 10am) 

An auction of donated artwork to raise money for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust. The work will be available to view from Thursday 5 March from 2pm and will include a late night opening on Friday 6 March from 7pm until 9pm.

Donated work includes photography, painting, collage, 3D art, painted ceramics, Danny Boyle signed Slumdog Millionaire DVD, Turin Brakes signed CD, a handmade baby's quilt and graffitti art. 

It will be possible to place bids on your items if you are unable to make it to the auction. See also Facebook page:www.facebook.com/zoomarts1066 

Cystic Fibrosis is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. There is currently no cure for CF but the Cystic Fibrosis Trust helps the CF community fund research in finding a cure, as well as helping those with CF fight to have the medical care they need. More information can be found at www.cysticfibrosis.org.

Southwater Community Centre have two offices available to rent at 2 Stainsby Street. 

Well maintained and conveniently located next to Warrior Sq Station, bus routes, shops and the seafront is within easy walking distance!

Office 1 on the ground floor is approx 109 sq ft (with an outside courtyard if required)  

Office 2 on the first floor (approx 208 sq ft) 

Rents start at £50 per week
Short / long term lets are available
Rates and terms are negotiable
